Fondant
Fondant flavors are either vanilla or chocolate. Chocolate fondant is only offered in brown.
Fondant is a dough-like material made from sugar. We love to use fondant to cover our cakes and we recommend using it for most cakes to give them a smooth, polished look and as a great base to decorate from. For all of you buttercream lovers, do not worry. There will still be buttercream on your cake under the fondant! There are some cakes we can not put fondant on because it will change the texture. Any icing that needs to be refrigerated does not work well with fondant. Please keep that in mind when choosing your flavors.
